The company was revamping its entire supply chain infrastructure for double digit growth year on year.

The Engagement with ITO

ITO team worked with the client team to understand the goals . Based on the objectives -

    • Time being the essence - ITO supported an accelerated implementation of the 1st Warehouse with the WMS (Manhattan) with the new OMS (Sterling)
    • ITO supported the core configurations on WMS as well integration touch points with OMS and the existing MHE vendor.
    • ITO provided round the clock support for the Go Live and Peak periods.

The Challenge

The client was upgrading its entire supply chain – technology and process capabilities for Omni channel service and delivery, warehouse systems and infrastructure to build a supply chain for the future.

Specifically to this end –
    • The client was Onboarding a new Warehouse Management System (WMS - Manhattan), new Order Management System (OMS-Sterling) and new Integration system t their 500K+ sqft facility to start. This warehouse was to go live within 4 months of ITO’s engagement.
    • The end goal to sunset the legacy systems
    • Build capacity and capability to handle more than double the current capacity of Order Fulfillment from all its DCs
    • Build a new supply chain team which can deal with these new changes
